We are in Indian Waters here in Indio, will be back at thousand
trails on the 1st. Since we both have been sick the only thing
we have done is sleep. I am now ready to get things rolling
again. I love this park,. Mike however does not, our site does
not have septic and we have to pay for the honey wagon to come by
twice a week, he feels it should be free. I on the other hand
can't see the problem, it is a active park with lots to do, and the
people are wonderful. The area has so much to do and the
entertainment during the winter can't be beat, Frankie Avalon, Blues
Brothers and much more, if you like golf this is the place to be.

We made it back from Las Cruces bringing with us the Las Cruces
crude, Mike and I both have been ill with a cold that does not seem
to what to leave not to mention what else came with it. I
think we are starting to get over it at least we hope so. The funeral was a wonderful tribute to Ben (Mike's dad) they had the honor guard from Las Cruces who gave a wonderful service as well as the Masons who did such a honor. Everyone from the family was there except our son Michael, who got snowed in in New Jersey and could not make it. Here is a picture of all of us, I don't think any of the brothers look like they came from the same family.

It is a shame that we along with so many families only get together for a day like this. We hope to be able to keep in touch with the family a lot more now that we too are getting older. |

My First update for awhile, I
had my left hand operated on and to type is rather hard, but here
goes. We have come from Indian Waters in Indio over here to
Two Springs in North Palm Springs. What a difference, there
was hardly any wind over in Indio and here it is extremely windy the
wind mills which are right across the road are going full blast.
We will be staying here until the 20th then we move back to TT. The park we are in, sell lots to own, we are here as an invitation since we belong to KM Resorts. It still cost us $200 for the 2 weeks. We are to take a tour of the park tomorrow. There are not activities that I see fir me so it just might be a little boring for me. It doesn't matter to Mike as he would rather be on the computer anyway. Guess I will have to tell you more as my left hand has decided enough typing for today.
