***May
30-June 6 2009 Thousand Trails RV Resort 16362 SneeOosh RD, La Conner, WA 98257 360-466-3558
Here is a park that you will want to have a membership to Thousand
Trails, this park is over Our Site 268
There are only a few sites with septic all of the others have water
& electric(30 amps only) only.
See the sound in the
background, we see the tide coming in and going out, I want to stay
here for the summer but we didn't know how wonderful this park is,
we could change our plans but we want to see what other parks here
in Washington are like, I have been told we will not like the ones
in Blaine as they are close together and do not have the greenery
nor water near but in walking distance. We will see, after all
we can always come back.
Birds on Puget Sound The sites are large but the only ones you can get WI-FI at are near the clubhouse and those are always taken first. Even though we want the access to the WI-FI I still prefer having septic over it. There are cabins you can rent also there are what they call TT cabins which are small trailers, me I would want to try and get a regular cabin but they go for $90 a night, way too high my thinking but then again you don't have to leave the park as there are bar-b-que's on the weekends and the store offers everything you would need. You are on Indian land and there is a casino within 10 min. but who needs that when you have a great fishing village and artsy craft town in La Conner.
