Here is a park that you will want to use your Passport America in. You can rent day, week or month  Owners Paul & Lynn Black, are wonderful and want to make sure your stay is one you will remember, and come back to.
 It was hot when we entered the park, but seeing grass here is the southwest made you cool down immediately.  The staff greeted us with wonderful smiles and listen to what we needed.  Since we did not know if we would be staying in this park for the month while Mike's dad was ill, we decided the one night and would make up our minds the next day.  We got our site, these sites are long enough to accommodate the largest rigs out there and they are easy to back into. They each have 30/50 amps, septic and patios for you to set out comfortable.

 We set up our rig and then drove around the area to see other parks, within one hour we knew Sunny Acres was the best one in town.  So next morning we give them our monthly rent and now are settled, right now the cost per month is $425 plus electric, I don't know if they go up with winter rates you can always call to see.

Free Wi-FI is available and the clubhouse is close so you can enjoy meeting rv'ers and have some fun, the laundry room has about 4 washers and large dryers, all are open 24-7.  The entire park is exceptionally clean and maintained.  This is one park if you plan to be in the Las Cruces area you will want to stay at, make sure you stay more then a day as there is plenty to do around here.
